Coaching has opened my eyes to the possibilities that life holds, allowing me to explore new horizons with my clients. People come to me for help with a wide variety of issues, usually around inflection points in their careers or challenges that they are facing.

- Each person is unique, and my coaching work reflects this. I build a strong relationship of trust with my clients so that they can explore, create and take action. I am there to be with them as they face their challenges. I make myself available throughout our work together, and I’m in it for the long haul.
- Every coaching situation is different to the last. I explore and deconstruct the situation with my client to help them make sense of it. We delve into the connections between different aspects of their situation and how they can work with it in a practical way.
How I work with clients
My approach involves looking at the way forward in a situation, identifying what is possible and understanding what might get in the way. Each coaching engagement is confidential and non-judgemental. This means that my client can be truly open and honest in the conversations that they have with me. Most people find it truly liberating to be able to voice their deepest thoughts and concerns.
I shape and tailor my work to each client and their unique circumstances, meaning that I do not have a set process or an ‘off the shelf’ coaching solution. When you work with me, you’ll get a completely bespoke coaching experience that addresses your specific needs and desired outcomes.
